Mechanism of Action of Drugs: Graphycal  capsule contains essential minerals, vitamins and amino acids that work together to help build a stronger immune system and also maintain heart health. This formulation has antioxidant properties that help in maintaining healthy body and also help the physical body respond better against invading infections by neutralizing the damage caused by harmful chemicals called free radicals. It contains calcium supplements that regenerates and maintains mechanical properties of the cartilage and provide strength in load bearing bones, thereby improving flexibility in joints.
Docosahexaenoic acid and Eicosapentaenoic acid inhibit platelet aggregation and oxidation of LDL, decreases cholesterol and triglyceride levels and decreases the synthesis of inflammatory markers such as prostaglandins and plays a vital role in reducing heart and circulatory disease risks

Contraindications and Caution: Patients with following conditions are suggested to seek advice from their healthcare professionals before taking Graphycal capsule:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients used in the capsule
• Hypercalcaemia
• End stage renal disease
• History of seizures

Side and Adverse Effects: The following side effects may or may not occur during the usage of  Graphycal capsule. When taken in the recommended dosage guidelines, the capsule is well tolerated. You may experience one or more of the following common side effects:

• Burping
• Headache
• Skin rashes
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Gastrointestinal discomfort
• Constipation
• Diarrhea
• Flushing
• Dizziness
• Insomnia

Rare but more serious adverse effects may include:

• Swelling of face, lips
• Metallic taste in mouth
• Stones in kidneys
• Fishy body odour
• Increased liver enzymes
• Increased sensitivity to light

How to Use: Take Graphycal capsule as instructed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, immediately after opening it from the strip. Do not break or crush or chew the tablet.
Avoid missing or forgetting the dose. If you do, take it as soon as you remember; but if it’s almost time for your next dose, skip it and take it according to your normal schedule. Don’t swallow two doses at the same time which is dangerous to your health.
Graphycal capsule can be taken with or without food. If significant stomach upset occurs, it could be taken with food. Take the tablet at the same time every day as it helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body.
Do not change the dose or stop taking the medicine before completion of the course or without consulting your doctor.

Overdosage: Avoid taking medicine more than the prescribed dosage. Overdose can lead to hypercalcaemia; extreme hypercalcaemia may lead to coma and death. Irreversible renal damage and soft tissue calcification may occur as a result of prolonged hypercalcaemia in some patients. If you notice any unusual or abnormal reactions after taking the capsule, promptly seek medical attention. Depending on the dosage of Graphycal capsule, symptoms vary in individuals, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:

• Restless or irritability
• Headache
• High blood sugar
• Heart stroke
• Diarrhea
• Severe stomach pain
• Chest tightness
• Bone pain
• Vitamin A toxicity
